How do I place my order?

If you are ordering from our catalogs:

1. Browse our catalogs to view our selection of awards/medals/giftware etc.

2. Take note of the name or SKU of the items you would like

3. Contact us via email and let us know which items you would like to order, along with the inscription you require (names, logos, dates, award titles etc.)

4. Let us know if there is a date you need the order completed by

If you are bringing in your own item:

1. You can visit us in person to place your order and drop off the item that requires engraving

2. If the item requires an update (ex: adding years/new names to a pre-existing trophy or plaque) please send us a photo of the item, let us know of any details we might need & send us the names/dates via email: Contact

Where are you located?

We are located in Calgary's Manchester Industrial Park, our address at 100 - 5240 1a Street S.E., Calgary, AB

We are easily accessible from major roads like Macleod Trail and Glenmore Trail. Look for us near the intersection of 1a Street S.E. and 50 Avenue S.E., with clear signage guiding you to our location.

Where can I find pricing?

Because every job is different and may require a different set of services, we ask that you contact us directly regarding any questions regarding pricing. You can do so by sending us an email and letting us know which items you would like to order/what you would like engraved onto your item.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday-Friday from 9am -5pm. Saturday’s by appointment only. Closed on holidays.
